Inspired by a number of organizations that are passionate about children across the world, International Consortium for Children is helping children in countries affected by conflict cope.

Partnerships

International Consortium for Children is working with numerous organizations with different capacities and thematic expertise. Consistent among all of them are the following, but not limited to, organizational criteria:

  • International or National Nonprofit Organization/Agencies
  • Organizations /Agencies implementing program concerned with children either directly or through partners.
  • Signatory to International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies Code of Conduct and United Nations code
  • Committed to adhere to the vision and Mandate of international consortium for children with active
  • Signatory to international Consortium for children’s Charter
  • Not currently under suspension for fraud by any United Nations agency or not listed as a UN designated entity as verified by the UN risk management unit.
  • Provide a full profile of their organization including budgets to the Consortium.
  • Pay an annual membership fee.
Funding

The funding are not awarded on a case-by-case basis. Rather, to be considered for funding, proposals should be consistent with International Consortium for Children annual programming and approved list of intervention countries. While proposals are assessed throughout the year, only during the last quarter are the new programs for the upcoming year finalized and approved.

In order to conduct a thorough and fair assessment for partnerships with International Consortium for Children, interested organizations should follow the process below:

  1. Subscribe to ICC Membership
  2. Fill in the Proposal Application forms and provide all the required information.

Purpose for this call

Partnerships are at the heart of the ICC mandate. Partnerships with Civil Society Organizations, Non-Governmental organizations, Development Agencies, Foundations, community base organizations, Health and learning institutions play a vital role, particularly in implementing ICC-supported programmes. With a view to optimizing its partnerships to reach the most disadvantaged and excluded communities and to extend essential services, ICC is launching a new call for interest to identify and develop strategic partnership with organizations that will support government priorities. The process is intended to be fully transparent.
